Describe why yours is better, faster, or cheaper and why should be preferred to the products of your competitors.
The operations section describes the whole process of work of your organization. This section should include information about the supply chain, location, technologies, etc. In the operations section, you should introduce members of your team and their functions. Investors do not invest in the products, but in teams that create it.
Now it is time to work with numbers and prepare yourself for unpleasant truths. Create a realistic sales forecast and indicate startup costs, expenses per month and the date when you become profitable. Terrible with calculations? Look for templates in SCORE and Bplans.
It is not only useless homework to complete your course at college. This is a map that helps you avoid mistakes in the first months of work. Creating a good plan now, you will save yourself in the future. Stop reading and start writing the first draft.
